COMPLETE TRANSFORMER SUBSTATIONS KTP-2-25...630/10(6)0.4 U1 (pass-through kiosk type)
Complete dead-end transformer substations – KTP-2 with a capacity of 25-2500 kVA, HV voltage of 6 or 10 kV and PN voltage of 0.4 kV are designed for receiving, converting and distributing three-phase alternating current electrical energy with a frequency of 50 Hz in systems with a dead-earthed neutral of the transformer on the low-voltage side. KTP-2 are designed for power supply of agricultural consumers, individual settlements and small industrial facilities in areas with a temperate climate (from -45°C to +40°C). KTP-2 is installed on the simplest concrete platform.
Type of climatic design U1 according to GOST15150.
Normal operation of the KTP is ensured under the following conditions:
1. Altitude above sea level - no more than 1000 m;
2. Environment - non-explosive, not containing conductive dust, aggressive gases and vapors in concentrations that reduce the KTP parameters to unacceptable limits;
3. Wind speed up to 36 m/s (wind pressure speed up to 800 Pa);
4. Atmosphere type - II according to GOST15150.
High-voltage input - air or cable, outgoing line outlets - air or cable.
KTP-2 pass-throughs are manufactured as single-transformer and double-transformer (with high and low voltage sectioning).
Circuit breakers are installed on the PN side. Their number and rated current are given in the table.
The KTP delivery set includes UVN (air inlet) and RUNN cabinets, a power transformer, an external disconnector RLNDz-10/630 (on request).
On request, the KTP can be equipped with street lighting lines that are automatically switched on by a signal from a built-in relay and installations for reactive power compensation.
