COMPLETE TRANSFORMER SUBSTATIONS KTPG-100-2500/10(6)0.4 U1 (for urban networks)

Complete transformer substations for urban networks of through and dead-end type - KTPG with a capacity of 100-2500 kVA, HV voltage of 6 or 10 kV and PN voltage of 0.4 kV are intended for reception, transformation and distribution of electric energy of three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz on the low voltage side. KTPG are intended for power supply of agricultural consumers, individual settlements and small industrial facilities in areas with a temperate climate (from -45°С to +40°С).

Type of climatic execution U1 according to GOST15150.

Normal operation of KTP is ensured under the following conditions:

1. Altitude above sea level - no more than 1000 m;

2. The environment is non-explosive, does not contain conductive dust, aggressive gases and vapors in concentrations that reduce the parameters of the KTP within

unacceptable limits;

3. Wind speed up to 36 m/s (wind pressure speed up to 800 Pa);

4. Atmosphere type - II according to GOST15150.

High-voltage input - air or cable, outgoing line outlets - air or cable.

KTPs are also manufactured as single-transformer and double-transformer (with high and low voltage sectioning).

Circuit breakers are installed on the PN side. Their number and rated current are given in the table.

The KTP delivery includes UVN (air input) and RUNN cabinets, a power transformer, an external disconnector RLNDz-10/630 (on request). On request, the KTP can be equipped with street lighting lines that are automatically switched on by a built-in relay signal and reactive power compensation devices.
