Complete transformer substations KTPM-VA are designed for receiving, converting and distributing three-phase alternating current electric energy with a frequency of 50 Hz in networks with an isolated neutral and power supply of electrical installations and industrial facilities of the oil, mining, gas industries, land reclamation facilities with three-phase alternating current with an industrial frequency of 50 Hz with a voltage of 35/0.4 (6.10) kV.
Type of climatic design UHL 1 according to GOST 15150.
Normal operation of the substation is ensured under the following conditions:
1. Altitude above sea level - no more than 1000 m;
2. The environment is non-explosive, not containing conductive dust, aggressive gases and vapors in concentrations that reduce the parameters of the KTP to unacceptable standards;
3. Atmosphere type - II according to GOST 15150.
KTPM-VA are mobile block buildings of container type of complete factory readiness, consisting of compartments:
- HV 35 kV switchgear (UVN 35 kV);
- PN 0.4 kV switchgear (RUNN 0.4 kV);
- power transformers.
As UVN 35 kV in a single-transformer substation, the RDZ-35 disconnector and PKT-35 fuses of external installation or a complete switchgear of internal installation with a vacuum circuit breaker are used. In a two-transformer substation, a complete switchgear of internal installation with vacuum switches of the dead-end or through-type is used.
RUNN 0.4 kV is equipped with single-sided service panels Shcho-06 with permanently installed circuit breakers or block-breakers. Substations can provide metering of active and reactive electrical energy.
In the KTP, power transformers - oil or dry - are installed in separate blocks.
The substation has internal lighting and flow ventilation in all compartments. Upon request, KTPs install systems of internal heating, forced ventilation and air conditioning, fire alarm, security alarm, telemetry, telemechanics with the possibility of connecting to an automated control system.
KTPM-VA are supplied to the consumer fully assembled, with electrical equipment installed in them, in separate blocks with the possibility of transportation by road or rail.
