LLC "Valon-A" (Khmelnytskyi) offers laser cutting and engraving services for metals using the equipment of the Swiss company Bystronic Laser AG - a world-renowned manufacturer of high-tech systems for complex processing of sheet metal, other sheet materials, profiles and pipes.

The fields of application can be very diverse: from automotive, mechanical engineering and agricultural machinery production to instrument making, production of electrical equipment, furniture, jewelry, advertising elements, etc.

Cost calculation

The cost of cutting or engraving a part is calculated based on the cost of materials, labor intensity and machine operating time, which depends on:

  • metal grade;
  • metal thickness;
  • sheet dimensions;
  • cut length;
  • number of products;
  • contour (a complex contour slows down cutting);
  • number of contours in the part (for each contour cut, the machine performs a cut);
  • active gas (oxygen, nitrogen, compressed air);
  • cut quality (the cost of technical cutting is lower due to higher speed and poorer cut quality).

It is possible to fulfill orders on our metal or the customer's metal (in this case, it must meet the following requirements):

  • the metal must be free of rust, corrosion;
  • the sheet of metal must not be bent or have significant irregularities or damage.

To calculate the cost of your part, send a drawing file to the e-mail address  ooo.valon.a@gmail.com (indicate the metal, thickness, quantity in the title). In the letter, indicate the terms and whose metal.

Drawing requirements:

  • parts in DXF, DWG format in 1:1 scale or raster format JPG, PNG, BMP, TIFF, PDF (in the form of a sketch or drawing);
  • each part must be in a separate drawing; the metal thickness and quantity of parts must be indicated in the title.
