HIGH-VOLTAGE CAPACITOR REACTIVE POWER COMPENSATION UNITS (UKRV-10(6)/25...1600 U3, U1)
High-voltage adjustable capacitor reactive power compensation units are designed to increase the power factor of electrical installations of industrial enterprises, distribution networks and non-industrial energy-intensive consumers.
Type of climatic execution – U3.
Normal operation of capacitor units is ensured under the following conditions:
1. Altitude above sea level – no more than 1000 m;
2. Environment – non-explosive, not containing conductive dust, aggressive gases and vapors in concentrations that reduce the parameters of the KTP to unacceptable levels;
3. Atmosphere type - II according to GOST 15150.
High-voltage capacitor units are divided into unregulated, regulated and thyristor.
Unregulated capacitor units are prefabricated one-way service chambers in which capacitors for reactive power compensation and a HV-RA load switch or a RVz disconnector are installed. The degree of protection of the units is IP20.
Capacitor units with automatic regulation are prefabricated one-way service chambers in which capacitors for reactive power compensation, a VV/TEL vacuum switch and a DGRJ or DGRK microprocessor reactive power regulator are installed. The degree of protection of the units is IP20.
Capacitor units use CPEFS type capacitors manufactured by ZEZ SILKO, manufactured in the Czech Republic. A microprocessor reactive power regulator of the type "DGRJ or DGRK" manufactured by LOVATO ELEKTRIK is installed as control and measuring equipment. The switching devices that directly switch the capacitors are vacuum switches of the VV/TEL type manufactured by the company "TAVRIDA ELECTRIC" of Ukraine.
Thyristor capacitor units compensate for reactive power in a short period of time and with sharply changing loads. These units are low-noise.
The units use natural and forced ventilation.
Capacitor units consist of one, two or more chambers interconnected. The introduction into the unit is carried out by a cable or bus up or down on request.
On request, it is possible to use capacitors and microprocessor controllers from other manufacturers.
On request, versions with other degrees of protection are possible.
